Here is the band’s statement on the matter: “Due to unforeseen circumstances, Volbeat will not be able to perform at this year’s Hellfest. We’re sorry to be missing everyone there and hope to make it up to everyone in the future.”
We would like to thank BEHEMOTH for agreeing to move to Mainstage 2 for this same time slot. The band promises an exceptional show, undoubtedly filled with fire, to close out Saturday. To avoid any scheduling conflicts, we have chosen not to schedule another band on the Temple stage during this time slot.»
